We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic L&D Manager to join Mitrelli Group and be responsible for creating and driving the L&D function / strategy. This role will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives that support Mitrelli´s growth and development objectives. This position combines strategic planning with operational execution to create impactful learning solutions across the organisation which enhances both the performance and culture of the business. You´ll ensure all of our colleagues are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and behaviours to effectively carry out their roles and meet the needs of our customers. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to design the learning and development function from the ground up that will shape the way we move forward.
As the L&D Manager your role will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, from needs assessment to evaluation.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, including programme scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future capability gaps and create solutions to address them.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning programmes and their impact on business performance (stakeholder feedback & process inefficiencies identified).
- Own the training and development budget. Responsibility for choosing the most appropriate external training providers where applicable, ensuring we have obtained the best price possible whilst not compromising on quality of learning.
- Preparation of training content, Job aids and Quick reference guides and training delivery.
- Design and deliver inspirational learning and leadership programmes, including industry role related schemes, ranging from online learning materials to in-person learning and development sessions.
- Creating and publishing training calendars and sending the session invites.

- Own and enhance our performance management process including successful training and development outputs.
- Responsible for reporting key monthly learning and development metrics to the HR Director.
Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) in Learning and Development, including the design and delivery of training programs, ideally gained in fast paced, SME setting.
- You're passionate about creating measurable impact and continuously tracking L&D outcomes that align with business success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to shape the learning agenda.
- You embrace new learning trends and technologies, and are eager to bring innovative solutions to Mitrelli .
- Demonstrates exceptional ability to analyse data and develop practical, innovative solutions to learning challenges while measuring impact.
- Natural talent for reimagining traditional learning approaches into engaging, technology-enabled experiences that drive behavioral change.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
- An Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to measure and improve the impact of learning and engagement initiatives.
- Fully fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
