RESPONSABILITIES

• Supports the quarterly closing and reporting process (data collection via ETL)
• Supports the transition to automatic interfaces between the ERP and Tagetik
• Preparing and executing tasks related to the Group financial consolidation process, e.g. close preparation activities and system environment setup, controls and validations, data analysis, foreign exchange effects, intercompany transactions and relationships, preparation and processing of consolidation journals, maintenance of process automation tools
• Supporting Group Finance teams, and local Finance teams with process and system aspects of financial reporting to the Group
• Acts as contact person for Group companies related to the data collection and reporting process in Tagetik
• Supports the annual audit process of the Group
• Establishes a new planning/budgeting process in Tagetik (incl. data collection, simplified consolidation logics and standard reports)
• Develops reports (standard and ad-hoc) to facilitate and standardize the review and the reporting process to management and Board of Directors
• Enhances the Group’s reporting capabilities by implementing Power BI/CPM Vision as a visualization tool that combines ERP and Tagetik figures in a single dashboard
•  Supports the periodic financial reporting to management, including presentations to the Board of Directors
• Supports the quarterly revenue recognition process based on the Percentage of Completion (PoC) method as well as the transition to fully automated postings in the ERP system
• Supports the data collection and consolidation of planning/budgeting scenarios on Group level
• Supports the further development of the steering logic and related KPIs in-line with the Group’s expectations
• Roll-out the usage of Tagetik to all subsidiaries and training of the respective Tagetik users
