About The Position


Kora is a subsidiary of Mitrelli Group. We are a developer of large construction projects in Angola, related to Housing, Social Equipment’s and Infrastructures.

Site Administrative is in charge of all administrative aspects in Kora Location/number-of-Locations, regarding Services, HR, Material and Cost Control. Accountable for the Results achieved in the location regarding administrative issues, measured by the compliance with the company procedures, rules, internal client satisfaction and all that can affect Activity Site Annual Objectives.

Site Administrative reports directly to Project Director, Senior Manager in Kora Location, directs administrative, services and material supply support teams on a daily basis.

o   Responsible to assure regular operation and compliance of all administrative issues in location, aligned with company procedures and rules.

o   Manage, coordinate and monitor site administrative, services, security and material supply teams.

o   Manage all site services provision, according company policies, in full coordination with head quarter activity determinations.

o   Implement HR policies and action on site, according company procedures in full coordination with head quarter activity determinations.

o   Coordination with province public authorities, regarding HR issues, like DEFA, Police, etc...

o  Manage and control all site material movements. Reception on site, delivery to contractors, stocks and regular report. Activity procedures implementation.

o   Site budget/cost follow-up, control and report.

o   Finance procedures implementation and Site Petty-Cash control.

o   Inform, report and coordinate with Overall Manager all actions related with his responsibilities, as well all deviations and solution implementation. 

Requirements

o   High School

o   Training in Administration and Accounting (Preferential)

o   Training in logistics (Preferential)

o   Fluency in Portuguese

o   Fluency in English (Preferential)

o   Minimum professional experience of 5 years in similar functions

o   Warehouse and stock management area

o   Knowledge of transport management and logistics chain

o   Computer knowledge of: Excel; Word; Outlook 

o   Results oriented

o   Ability to manage logistical, flexible mind and solving problems

o   Dynamism and proactivity

o   Good interpersonal skills

o   Ethical behaviour and sense of responsibility

o   Teamwork
