About the job

We are seeking an experienced self-learner, motivated, and detail-oriented HRIS to join our team for a temporary period of 3-6 months. Immediate recruitment.

 

Responsibilities: 

· Manage our HRIS and always strive to improve the different lifecycle processes and data management.

· Build, automate, improve, and update workflows in the system while maintaining governance and global consistency.

· Co-leading and supporting the global process of employee lifecycle, OD, performance, etc. through the HRIS and based on data management.

· Support the implementation of HR projects and processes in the HR systems.

· Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities, while making sure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

· Understand and control the permissions, accesses, personalization, and similar system settings for the various HRIS users.

· Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making, including presentations preparations.

· Provide support and guidance to the various members of the HR team, managers and employees on using the HRIS.

· Collaborate with the different payroll departments to generate HR data.

· Successfully collaborating with internal stakeholders (IT. Finance controllers, Payroll, Operations, Legal and other) and external (software vendors, consultants) for ongoing HRIS-related matters and better management.

Requirements

 

Qualifications: 

·  3+ years of experience in HRIS roles, preferably from a global environment.

· Experience with HiBob (or a similar HR platform) – a must.

· A very quick learner with excellent organizational skills, analytical and problem-solver.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A great team player who also knows how to work and lead independently.

· Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a dynamic environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Must.

· Experience and knowledge of compensation and benefits processes – an advantage.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
